Information about cookies and similar storage technologies used on gfood.love.

This document informs you about the use of cookies and similar technologies on gfood.love, operated by ND Norbert Dykiel (VAT ID PL5262658973). It complements the Privacy policy.
The policy is prepared in compliance with:
- Directive 2002/58/EC on privacy in the electronic communications sector (ePrivacy);
- The Polish Telecommunications Act of 16 July 2004 (Article 173);
- Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) where cookies may constitute personal data.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on the user’s terminal device (computer, phone, tablet) while browsing. They allow the device to be recognised and the site to operate correctly, including for security.
The term also covers other browser storage technologies (e.g. localStorage, sessionStorage) where used.
2. Cookies used on gfood.love
On gfood.love we use strictly necessary cookies only for the technical operation of the site and to secure the contact form. We do not use analytics, statistical, marketing or tracking cookies.

Pursuant to Article 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Act and Recital 66 of the ePrivacy Directive, strictly necessary cookies required to deliver the service requested by the user do not require separate consent. For transparency, we inform you visibly via an info bar and in this Policy.
3. External resources loaded by the browser
While the site is displayed your browser fetches resources from the following domains:
- fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com (Google LLC, USA) — web fonts (Playfair Display, Lora).
- challenges.cloudflare.com (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) — Turnstile verification script.
Loading these resources involves transmitting HTTP-protocol information (including the IP address and User-Agent) to those technical providers. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
These providers do not receive content entered into the contact form or other personal data shared with the controller.
4. No analytics or marketing cookies
We confirm that the site does not use:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager;
- Meta Pixel (Facebook), LinkedIn Insight Tag, X (Twitter) Pixel;
- profiling or retargeting tools;
- heatmaps and session-recording tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.).
For this reason no explicit "Accept / Reject" consent mechanism is required at site entry — an info bar suffices.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Each user can manage cookies in their browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect site operation — in particular, it may prevent correct verification of the contact form by Cloudflare Turnstile.
6. Cookie info bar
On the first visit an info bar is shown about strictly necessary cookies. The dismissal is remembered for 365 days via a browser localStorage entry (gfood_cookie_notice).

8. Changes
This Cookies Policy may change. We will inform you of material changes by dating a new version and showing the info bar again after the change.
